These conference/seminar rooms have no technology and can be scheduled in R25 by logging into 25Live dashboard

  • Within the Quick Search Box type in AHC (Appalachian Hickory Campus) with the Search Locations box and click the search button
  • When on the forward-facing dashboard select "Create an Event" button, input your meeting/event information and then under the Locations box uncheck Hide Conflicts box and input AHC in the Search Locations

Zoom Conference Rooms are reserved in R25 and can also be scheduled in Google Calendar

  • A/V Special Projects Team can share Google calendar resources with instructors (or anyone else) seeking to use these rooms so they can add the room to Google Calendar events and schedule Zoom. This allows students/meeting attendees to just hit Start at the screen to start the meeting. Campus A/V Special Projects Team will contact Academic Affairs before each semester to provide faculty access to the Google Calendar resources for these rooms while we investigate syncing between R25 and Google Calendar
