Appalachian Technology Service Desk (ATSD) is a portal to request IT assistance, review current and past IT service Requests, and search our Information Technology Knowledge Base

Who can use this service?

Anyone with an account can access the Appalachian Technology Service Desk to request IT assistance. 

Employees with a Jira Service Desk license can view, edit and resolve IT requests through Jira Service Desk - IT Agents.

Report a problem through if possible or call the Help Desk at 828-262-6266, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
