Summary

The Central Warehouse Request Form is a web application through which supplies can be requested from the Central Warehouse and view past orders.

Who can use this service?

Central Warehouse, Purchasing, Physical Plant, Staff.  Users must be setup in the AIM System

How do I request this service?

If you are not setup in AIM you must fill out an AIM System Access Form which can be found on the Physical Plant website.
