Summary
This service maintains campus-wide contracted Sharp Multifunctional Printers and also:
- Provides hardware, printing, scanning, accounting, and installation support
- Provides consumable supplies (toner, paper, etc.)
- Maintains the recycling program
- Trains users
- Liaisons with the Vendor
Who can use this service?
The Sharp Contract is an enterprise wide campus solution, all departments are eligible to utilize this service.
How do I request this service?
Student staff are responsible for checking each machine once a week, in addition to alerting technicians to maintenance needed.
Who do I contact for problems or issues?
For any support requests or questions, please enter a Support Ticket at support.appstate.edu and select the Sharp Copier/ MFP option. Be sure to enter the Sharp ID #, located on the yellow tag attached to the machine.
