DocuSign is a digital transaction platform that allows you to send, sign and manage legally binding documents.
Who can use this service?
Upon consultation with Academic Affairs and Office of General Counsel, DocuSign can be utilized to gather legal electronic signatures on contracts. This is not a free service. A $2.25 fee is charged to the department/office for every envelope used (or every document sent). DocuSign is currently the only electronic signature software approved for use by the University.
