Summary

To continue to build upon efforts to prevent and respond to incidents of gender and sexual harassment and violence, Appalachian is implementing a required online training program, Bridges: Building a Supportive Community. This training initiative is the result of requests from faculty and staff for enhanced information regarding reporting student concerns via a self-paced training. This is the first installment of a multi-layered educational effort regarding topics of interpersonal violence to Title IX Responsible Employees. The training program is online, requiring access to internet. It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox as the web browser for the training program.
