If a Windows computer is off campus for more than 90 days, and never connects to the campus network via ASU VPN, the Windows license may expire and need to be reactivated.
This works for Win10 or Win11 Education editions, and you must be on the App State network or connected via ASU VPN.

- Search for Command Prompt and Run as Administrator
- Enter the following two commands in order:
- C:\Windows\system32\cscript slmgr.vbs /skms lic-ms.its.appstate.edu
- C:\Windows\system32\cscript slmgr.vbs /ato
