Problem
For users enrolled in Duo, by default, when you enter your username and password, you will receive an automatic push to the Duo Mobile app on your smartphone. If you do not have the Duo Mobile app, you will have to authenticate with a passcode from a Duo token.
To log into our AnyConnect Virtual Private Network (VPN) using the Duo Token, type your password followed by a comma followed by your passcode, with no spaces.
Example: password,passcode
