For courses that use Course meta link enrollments and groups, the metagroup sync feature will automatically keep the Banner enrollments in your host section synced into a designated group, the same way your meta links can keep those enrollments synced to a designated group.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Browse to the Participants page from the drawer menu.
  2. From the gear menu on the Participants page, select Metagroup sync.
  3. Check the Enable checkbox.
  4. Enter the Preferred metagroup name (The default name, like "ACC1050101-12345202130 (SECOND SUMMER 2021)" will otherwise be used).
  5. Click Save changes.
