Summary
Minitab is a statistics package that features data and file management, regression analysis, power and sample size, tables and graphs, multivariate analysis, nonparametrics, time series and forecasting, statistical process control, measurement system analysis, and analysis of variance.
Who can use this software?
There are limited licenses for faculty and students. Students must be enrolled in classes that require the use of the software.
How do I access Minitab?
- Minitab is available in computer labs where the software is used for instruction. It can also be installed on a Windows personal computer.
- Mac users have to app.minitab.com and use the online web version of the software.
A user who is granted a license will get an email from Minitab with instructions similar to what is below.
To install on Windows:
- Go to minitab.com and select My Account.
- Enter your university email address, then select the SSO option.
- On the Appstate sign-in page, continue with your username and password, and you should have an option to download the software.
