Summary
Parent Portal is App State’s solution for FERPA-approved student information access for parent(s)/guardian(s). Students may grant selective access for parent(s) or guardian(s) to financial aid, academic records, student accounts, conduct, and housing information via Student Self-Service. Students can add parent email addresses that will receive electronic copies of billing statements. Students can also create a login pin for Parent Portal access. Parents can go to Parent Portal to view/pay a student's account, view their unofficial transcript, and view financial aid award history.

Access to this Parent Portal is granted by the student in Self-Service.
How do I request this service?
Students are the sole source of login pins for the Parent Portal.

Call the Help Desk at 828-262-6266, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., or enter a support request at support.appstate.edu.
