• There is a two-hour delay between DocuSign and TCM. So, a contract may be fully executed (signed) but TCM won’t display that for two hours.
  • In Discussions of contract requests, users can only tag (notify via email) the approvers in the current step.  The system treats these as a discussion between the requestor and current approver – people not in the current step cannot be added to the discussion.
