If your computer has a University Build you will install SAS from the Software Center


Follow these steps to install SAS on your personal machine.

  1. Fill out the software license support request.
  2. Download the SAS Installer file you will receive via email
  3. Navigate to your downloads folder.
  4. Find the folder labeled SAS Installer File then right-click and choose Extract All.
  5. In the extracted folder launch the setup.exe application and follow the prompts
  6. Select Install SAS Software and click Next.

  7. Make sure the order number (9B35KB) is highlighted and click next.

  8. Follow along with the prompts. It will ask you to browse for the license file. Click Browse and find where you saved the license file on your computer then click Next and follow the prompts.

  9. If it asks for a password, you will always enter your computer account login information, even if it asks for a server password, enter the username and password you use to log into your computer.

    You must have a computer password set up for this install to work, you will need to set one if you do not already have a password.
