Hide Elements provides macros for hiding corresponding Confluence page elements to display a cleaner page. Only users who have edit permission to a page can use the hide elements macro. If you need to hide Confluence page elements (e.g., title, comments), use the HideElements Add-On for Confluence.
Be aware that this Add-On provides no security. Users who can view the page may be able to see the hidden page elements using web developer tools.
- Navigate to the page and click Edit.
- Click on the Insert more content button.
- Click on the Other macros button and find the Hide Elements Macro.
- From here, you can hide elements by deselecting the eye icon. Click Insert when you are done.
For more information, see the developer's Hide Elements Documentation.
