What are Calibration Sessions?
Calibration sessions are discussions among peer supervisors of "similar positions" to set standards for fair and consistent performance expectations and ratings. It is a recommended that supervisory teams meet periodically throughout the performance cycle to ensure that performance expectations are being consistently and fairly applied to all employees.
