Cisco Jabber is a chat client that also allows you to receive calls to your desk phone from devices that you add to Cisco Jabber.
If you have a physical campus phone, you can add devices to Cisco Jabber through uctools.appstate.edu. Note: you must be on VPN to access uctools.appstate.edu. For more information on VPN, see our VPN service entry

How do I request this service?
Cisco Jabber is available for installation on Windows, Mac, iOS and Android devices, and can be accessed through the Software Center on managed University machines.
