  1. Sign in to your Gmail account and click the gear icon Gear icon  in the top-right corner of your browser.
  2. Click “See Click See all settings”settings.
  3. Click on the “Accounts the Accounts and Import” Import tab.
  4. Under the “Grant the Grant access to your account” account section, click the “Add Add another account” account link.
  5. A dialog box will pop up. To grant access to your account to another email address, enter the email address of the person you'd like to have access to your account (You can only enter a Google email address.) and click “Next Step” Next Step
  6. You will see a confirmation message. Click “Send Click Send email to grant access” access if you're sure.
  7. The delegate will receive a verification email explaining that you've granted access to them.
