Generic Accounts with @appstate.edu domains can be created for groups, clubs, teams, committee searches, survey collections, or for representation of an App State department representation. These accounts are useful when individual names need to be omitted or responses need to be collected and viewed independently from a personal account.

Generic Accounts are available by special request only and must be approved and requested by the project/department supervisor. Each request will be reviewed by University Communication and the Office of Information Security prior to approval.
How do I request this service?

Enter a support request at support.appstate.edu and include
- the requested username,
- the owner of the account (this person is responsible for password changes),
- and the display name for the account.
