Introduction

In this section, you will find Performance Management video tutorials and other resources. Each tutorial page will include step-by-step written instructions labeled "Tell Me" and a video tutorial labeled "Show Me". Tutorials begin from the home page of the performance management portal. The instructions below will help you get started.

Accessing the Performance Management Portal

Follow the steps below to log in to the performance management portal.

Tell Me

1. Access the performance management system through the HR website at HR.appstate.edu
2. Click on the App State careers link for employees on the left side of the screen
3. Click "AppState Internal User Login"
4. Log in with your Appstate Username and Password
   • Authenticate your identity through Duo, if prompted
5. Click on the three blue dots in the upper left-hand corner
6. Select "Performance Management Portal" from the menu.

This will open to the performance management homepage titled "Your Action Items".
