Follow the instructions below to create a Faculty Chair plan.

Tell Me

1. Access the Performance Management Portal
2. Click on the blue hyperlinked item name to open the plan
3. Enter Department Goal (at least three (3) and no more than five (5))
   1. Note: Click "Add Entry" to add a new goal
4. Enter Professional Goal (at least three (3) and no more than five (5))
   1. Note: Click "Add Entry" to add a new goal
5. Enter Resources Needed
   1. Note: Click "Add Entry" to add a new resource needed box
6. Click Complete to submit for Dean approval
