Complete the following steps to complete a Separation Notice in PeopleAdmin.
1. Log into PeopleAdmin

2. Change the User Group to Hiring Manager in the top right corner of the screen. If you do not have Hiring Manager, contact your department administrative support personnel.
3. Click on the three blue dots in the upper left corner of the screen and select Position Management from the drop down list.
4. Under Position Descriptions, choose the appropriate position type (SHRA or EHRA).
5. Pull up the job description of the person you want to separate by:
6. Choose the Separation Notice action item in the top right corner.
7. Once you have filled in all sections of the Separation Notice, click Take Action on Position Action in the upper right corner and select Submit (move to Human Resources Review).
