Introduction

AsULearn can export a downloadable copy of your gradebook, including To get an Excel file of your students' first and last names, Banner IDs, and email addresses, as well as their course grades. Most instructors defer to managing their grades directly inside AsULearn rather than exporting a copy. Please carefully consider your needs before proceeding.

1. In the settings bar along the top of your course, select the Grades link.

2. On the next   page, click the Grader Report drop down menu  option. Select "Export" from the bottom of the menu.

3. Open the Export As dropdown menu, then select your preferred format.

4. Select the grade items you'd like to include under the Grade items to be included heading. All grade items and totals are selected by default.

If you only want to export your course roster, click Select All/ None at the bottom of this section to uncheck the boxes

AsULearn will save your exported gradebook to the default downloads location your browser uses. For some instructors, this is their Downloads folder. For others, it's the Desktop or another folder.
