If you need to hide Confluence page elements (e.g., title, comments), use the HideElements Add-On for Confluence

Step-by-step guide

  1. Hide Elements provides macros for hiding corresponding Confluence page elements to display a cleaner page.
      
  2. You need to have Edit permission to a page in order to use Hide Elements. 

  3. Be aware that this Add-On provides no security.  Users who can view the page may be able to see the hidden page elements using web developer tools.
