How to find your plan in the workflow.

There are eight steps in the performance cycle workflow.  Follow the instructions below to find out what step your plan/appraisal is in.

1. Click My Reviews on the left side of the screen or under the Performance tab at the top.
   • Result: You will see your current open plan and all past closed reviews.
2. Click on the hyperlinked program name for your current plan.

   • Result: You will see the following information:

     • list of numbered steps

     • task to be completed at each step

     • person responsible for each task

     • date the step opened, was completed, and is due

   • The table below shows the color key for the process steps.

     If the step is....	the task is....
     Green	Completed
     Gold	Open
     Gray	Not available - pending action on prior step(s)

3. Click Log Out in the top right corner of your screen.
