  1. Click the blue hyperlink performance plan under Your Action Items
  2. Enter Expectations and Goals
    • Note: Click Add Entry to enter additional expectations and goals
  3. Mark your calendar at quarterly intervals to provide feedback at:
    • 3 months
    • 6 months
    • 9 months
  4. Click Complete 
  5. Click OK to confirm
    • Result: This will submit the plan to the employee for acknowledgement
  6. Click Log Out in the top right corner
