Tell Me

  1. Click the blue hyperlink performance plan under Your Action Items
  2. Click Save and Continue once you have reviewed the Introduction screen
  3. Enter General Expectations and Goals
    • Note: Click Add Entry to enter additional expectations and goals
  4. Mark your calendar at quarterly intervals to provide feedback at:
    • 3 months
    • 6 months
    • 9 months
  5. Click Complete 
  6. Click OK to confirm
    • Result: This will submit the plan to the employee for acknowledgement
  7. Click Log Out in the top right corner
