Step-by-step guide

To log in and setup your account, complete the following steps:

  1. Access Linkedin Learning via the activation link on the ITS website. 
    You can also access LinkedIn Learning through .linkedin.com/learning as well.
  2. Click the Continue to Appalachian State University button seen below:

  3. Log in with your App State username and password, if prompted.
  4. Click Sounds Good on the Welcome to LinkedIn Learning page.
  5. Choose topics of interest on the following pages to receive content recommendations.
    NOTE: you can choose to do this later by clicking "I'm not sure yet."

  6.  Choose whether you would like to connect your LinkedIn Learning account to an existing LinkedIn Account, if applicable. You can keep them separate if you choose.
  7. You have completed the account setup process and can begin navigating the site. 
    Click the Start Learning button to start using LinkedIn Learning once your accout has been set up.
