When appraisals open and the plan still shows goals from the employee's previous position, managers and employees should discuss and agree on of the two options below:

  1. Contact [email protected] request the plan to be reopened to Step 1: Performance Plan Creation, then write new goals.
  2. Note in the comments box on the appraisal that the employee transferred positions and goals are no longer relevant. Then, continue with the appraisal, documenting performance in the current position.

(star) When an employee transfers positions prior to Feb 1st, the "new" manager should contact [email protected] and request the plan to be reopened so new work goals can be established.
