PaperCut Mobility print can be used to print on campus from personal computers, tablets, and mobile devices. 

Note: This option may not work with all Android devices.

Setting Up Mobility Print

  1. Make sure you are connected to the asu-secure WiFi. In your browser, navigate to Set Up Printing for Windows and click the button that says Download and run Mobility Print (Step 1).



  2. Open the installer from your downloads folder.



  3. Click Next on the PaperCut Mobility Print Client Setup Wizard.



  4. Wait for the client to install.



  5. Click Finish.



  6. In your browser, navigate to PaperCut Print Setup for Windows and click the button that says Connect and get my Printers (Step 2).



  7. Click Open Link in the pop-up to allow mobility print to open in the downloaded client.



  8. You will see a pop-up that says Fetching your Printer.



  9. You can now print as you normally would.
  1. Make sure you are connected to the asu-secure WiFi. 

  2. Navigate to: http://152.10.2.48:9163/client-setup/known-host/macos.html
       
  3. Click the Download button to download Mobility Print.




  4. After the download is complete, click on your Downloads in the right corner of the dock.


  5. Click on the PaperCut Client install box.


  6. The PaperCut Mobility Print Wizard will automatically open. Click Continue.


  7. Click Continue.


  8. Click Agree to continue the installation.


  9. Click Install.


  10. Enter the username and password for your device then click Install Software.


  11. Once the installation is complete, click Close.


  12. Print as you normally would, select the appropriate print queue, and click Print.


  13. Enter your App State username and password, then click OK.
  1. Make sure you are connected to the asu-secure WiFi. 

  2. Navigate to: http://152.10.2.48:9163/ios/profile

  3. Tap the Download button to download your Mobility Print profile.



  4. In the pop-up, tap Allow to allow the PaperCut site to download the profile.



  5. Close the Profile Downloaded dialog box.



  6. On an iPhone Tap General > Profile > PaperCut Mobility Print for iOS > Install.



  7. On an iPad, open the device settings, and tap the right arrow beside Profile Downloaded.



  8. Tap the right arrow beside PaperCut Mobility Print for iOS and then tap Install.



  9. Tap Install to install the profile.



  10. Tap Done.



  11. To Print, tap the Share icon on your device and tap Print.



  12. Tap the right arrow beside No Printer Selected.



  13. Choose your printer.



  14. Tap Print.

  1. Make sure you are connected to the asu-secure WiFi. Open Safari on your iOS device and navigate to the http://152.10.2.48:9163/client-setup/known-host/android.html.



  2. Launch the Mobility Print app.




  3. Tap the box that says Tap here and check the Mobility Print Service is on and make sure Mobility Print and Default Print Service are both turned on.



  4. In the Android settings find the Mobility Print app and allow app permissions.
