Cisco Secure Client AnyConnect is a Virtual Private Network (VPN) application that creates an encrypted tunnel from an off-campus device back to App State's secure network.  AnyConnect VPN is only required when needing to establish a secure connection to secured App State websites, applications, and services from an off-campus network.

NOTE: AnyConnect VPN will not work while on the wired or wireless App State secure network. You must be on your home or public network, or on the asu-visitor wireless network.

AnyConnect is installed on all faculty and staff computers. Grad students and student employees can get access to AnyConnect VPN via a request from their supervisor. All other students must use Open VPN for students.
