Pharos Print Center is a service that provides users the ability to upload documents from a personal computer for release from a Pharos print station. This web portal provides a convenient way to print documents without the need to install print drivers on your personal device.


*NOTE: You must have funds in your Express Account to use this service.

Access Pharos Print Center

Go to the My Print Center web page (myprintcenter.appstate.edu) and log in with your App State Username and Password.

Submit Files for Printing

Step 1: To submit a file for printing, click the Upload button on the Job List tab.
Step 2: Locate the file, click to select it, then click the Open button.

*Notes:

  • Repeat steps 1 and 2 to add multiple files to your print queue
  • Print Center supports the following file formats: Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, PDF, Images, Text (CSV, RTF & TXT), and Visio.
  • The upload size limit is 50 MB

Edit Printing Options

If you need to make changes to printing options such as color or duplex options, select the job or jobs needing to be changed and edit the Print Options section of Print Center.

Delete Print Jobs

Select the check box to the left of the file(s) that you would like to remove and click the Delete button.

View Your Activity History

Click the Activity tab to view your printing history since July 1, 2016.
