Cable Television Services are distributed to all App State buildings via a distribution network of fiber optic and copper coaxial cable. Charter Cable offers standard-definition broadcast and cable channels. Appalachian Media service filters channels and adds public service and App State-specific programming. ITS handles signal quality and departmental/residential moves, adds, and changes.
Faculty, staff, and residential students
Faculty and Staff should report issues by submitting a support ticket. Students should report issues in the Residence Halls by filling out a Maintenance Request.
