The Central Warehouse Request Form is a user-friendly web application designed to facilitate the process of requesting supplies from the Central Warehouse, as well as providing the ability to view past orders.
Central Warehouse, Purchasing, Physical Plant, Staff. Users must be setup in the AIM System
If you are not setup in AIM you must fill out an AIM System Access Form which can be found on the Physical Plant website.
