The Office of Information Security (OIS) is tasked with detecting, coordinating, and managing the handling of cyber-security incidents. OIS provides services to detect cyber-attacks against App State, identify potential security issues, and address those issues quickly. OIS provides incident coordination which oversees the analysis and remediation of cyber security incidents and they perform after-action reviews to capture information regarding attacks and evaluate defensive measures.
