AppAnalytics - Tableau Dashboards

Summary 

Tableau Software is a robust tool for visually analyzing and presenting data. App State utilizes two main components of Tableau Software: a desktop development tool (Desktop Professional, Desktop Personal, or Public editions) and the cloud server, Tableau Public Premium.

These services allow users to connect to various data sources, including spreadsheets, databases, and cloud services, and create insightful visualizations, dashboards, and reports. Certain visualizations also have the ability to be downloaded and interacted with using the free Tableau Public Reader.

In addition, other campus units use Tableau for Data visualization and Belk Library includes Tableau in their list of Resources for Data Visualization.  For more information about Tableau, see the Related Software Entry below.

Who can use this service?

Some AppAnalytics Dashboards are available to the public, while others are restricted to Appstate accounts and require VPN when accessing off campus
