Calendar is Google's enterprise calendar and scheduling application. Configuring detailed events and open appointment slots is as easy as clicking on a day or time. You can also use Calendar's Find a Time feature to view the free/busy availability of any other App State Calendar users, making it easy to select a time to hold meetings with your colleagues.
On the web, access Calendar by navigating to https://calendar.google.com/a/appstate.edu.
(Note: If you are logged into a personal Google account in the same browser, you may be redirected to the inbox for that account. See this Help Document to add a second account to your browser session.)
On a mobile device, access Calendar by downloading and installing the Google Calendar app from the App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android).
(Note: App State recommends using the official Google Calendar app rather than third-party mail apps such as Apple Mail)
