Anthology Encompass is a cloud-based platform and suite of integrated software solutions used to boost the interest and involvement of supporters of higher education institutions. It offers a comprehensive set of tools and functionalities to streamline various aspects of campus operations, including student recruitment, enrollment management, student retention, alumni engagement and advancement, and analytics and reporting.
On App State's campus, this segmented emailing platform is housed in Alumni Affairs and used to communicate (through imodules) with alumni, donors, and community members.
Specified campus users that send from @apptate.edu email addresses on behalf other university to alumni, donor and community members (such as College Communication Liaisons).
