If a supervisor needs to be changed for a position, an "Update Supervisor" position action needs to be submitted through PeopleAdmin. Follow the steps below:
- Log into Position Management in PeopleAdmin.
- Click on Position Descriptions
- Select the appropriate (SHRA, EHRA) position type
- Click on the employee's job title
- Click on Update Supervisor at top right
- Select "Update Supervisor" in the box titled "Purpose of Action"
- Select the radio button next to the correct Supervisor
- Click "Take Action on Position Action"
- Submit to Human Resources for review
- Click "Submit"
When HR receives and approves the action, the employee's position description, performance management portal, and Banner will be updated.
