A Guest account provides brief access to a university device. This access entitles the guest to internet access and basic client software use. Guest accounts are typically given to visiting speakers, lecturers, or vendors. Guest accounts are provided using the campus One Time Use (OTU) account process. Guest accounts are purely a network and support issue and unrelated to Bravura.

All OTU account have a set duration. Duration may be a few hours or up to, but not exceeding, one day. Exceeding the duration will immediately end the user's session and prevent further access. Duration extensions must be requested from the original administrator. OTU accounts may be obtained from technical staff within the building (e.g. the Library) or by contacting IT Support Services. An OTU user will receive a username and password allowing them to sign in to systems like an employee. Duo authentication is not utilized on OTU accounts. OTU accounts should not be created for current employees or students.

Users may forgo using campus hardware by connecting to our network using their personal device. Public network Wi_fi networks available for guests include:  asu-visitor appstate-guest Universities using Eduroam may connect to our secure network using their campus username and password.
