3. Scaffolding includes many macros to create forms.  See the Macro Reference guide for details.  
4. Be aware of how pages with scaffolding behave with the Confluence mobile app:  they do not display the values from the Scaffolding forms and point to a  "use desktop version" link which brings you to a webpage with the Confluence page.  The values from Scaffolding are displayed in the website.
