First Orion offers a call branding solution for outgoing calls providing a logo and up to 32 characters of text to identify the caller to call recipients.

Interested campus departments can seek approval from their department leadership and reach out to Choya Durham at durhamtc@appstate.edu. There is a cost that individual departments will be responsible for when they use this service.
