Summary

Les Mills Virtual provides on-demand fitness classes through large screens offering cinematic-quality versions of their popular live classes. These virtual classes are updated with new choreography and music every three months, and some are available in different lengths.

Who can use this service?

UREC staff will access the software. UREC customers (faculty, staff, students) will be able to participate in the streamed fitness classes.

How do I purchase a license?

Les Mills Virtual is included in UREC's license agreement with Les Mills. No separate license is required. The associated iPad application is free.
