Download all attachments and files submitted by students in response to essay questions on a quiz.
Step-by-step guide
- Click on the particular quiz in the course.
- In the menu of options along the top, select Results.
- Use the Grades dropdown menu at the top left to select Download essay submissions.
- In the Set preferences section, configure the download options:
- Set folder hierarchy: Essay question wise will organize folders in the download by essay question first, User attempt wise will organize folders by user attempt first.
- Include text response file: Set to Yes to include online text submissions in the download as text files.
- Include question text file: Set to Yes to include the essay question text in the download as text files.
- Click the Download button.
A .zip file will be downloaded that consists of the attachments and files submitted by students in response to the quiz essay questions, arranged with the preferences you selected.
