This article provides instructions on creating a knowledge base article for the Appalachian Technology Knowledge Base

Step-by-step guide:

Add the steps involved:

1. Navigate to the Appalachian Technology Knowledge Base Space (referred to as ATKB for the rest of this article)
2. Click on the "Create from template" button
3. Choose the template you would like to use (Options are How-to, Troubleshooting and Blank Page)
4. File in Name box with title of Article
   
   1. How-to titles should be the sentence following How to. 
      Ex: How to create a knowledge base article for ATKB = Create a Knowledge Base Article for ATKB
   2. Troubleshooting Article titles should be simple description of problem.
      Ex: Missing Classes in AsULEARN
5. Enter Labels for Article in the Label Box, Labels are lower case and one word only. If two words are needed use a dash in between the words. These labels are used to organize articles only (list related articles together and in the Page Tree) Searches include the body of articles so extensive labeling is unnecessary.
6. Click the create button
