Confluence is a content collaboration tool used to help teams to collaborate and share knowledge efficiently. In Confluence, you can create pages and blogs and communicate with your team, and use tags and macros to develop content reports. 

Confluence page links:  To permanently share a page - use the Share button in the top right of the page to obtain a permanent URL for the page. 

 The Confluence Page URL in the address bar might change if the page title or hierarchy location in the page tree changes so use the permanent URL for the page provided via the Share button.

Who can use this service?

Employees with a Confluence license can use Confluence.  Confluence is primarily used by information technology departments at Appalachian. 

Add-On provide additional functionality to Confluence.  We have these Add-Ons:

  • Comala Workflows for Confluence,
  • Hide Elements and
  • Scaffolding Forms & Templates
  • Single Sign On for Confluence
  • Google Drive / Docs for Confluence
