Summary
Door Access is controlled through CS Gold (a software system used by Campus Services that involves AppCards). Each controlled door has a reader, controller, and electric strike mechanism. Set up and maintenance of the controller and reader equipment are done by Campus Services. The electric strike (lock equipment) is set up and maintained by the Facilities Operations Lock Shop. Campus Services access technicians and the Facilities Operations technicians work together to troubleshoot problems that arise with readers and door locks.
