Purpose as a Curator

Recommend relevant content to learners to drive up awareness and engagement - more people curating and sharing content drives learner engagement.

Employee Driven Engagement

By incorporating online learning into performance reviews, it becomes an employee-driven, employee-centric experience that benefits everyone: the employee, manager, and the organization.

By integrating learning into performance reviews, employees have an actionable roadmap to help them build the skills they need to succeed.
