Problem
Course load is not accurately reflected within Scheduled Teaching, as recorded in Digital MeasuresWatermark Faculty Success. For example, a course taught in the Fall is not listed.

| Courses could be missing due to the timing of when they were created within Banner. Course information within Watermark Faculty Success is not updated as it happens. Classes are created throughout imported into Watermark Faculty Success at the start of a semester and the end of a semester. Classes are created within Banner throughout an academic period, and sometimes including after drop/add. Course information within Digital Measures is not updated as it happens, but at various times throughout the semester. |
