Summary

Enterprise Storage Services provides several storage solutions to meet the varying needs of the Campus community. Storage options provided include block (LUN) and file (SMB and NFS). Multiple storage tiers are available with differing performance, redundancy, and availability options. Scheduled maintenance to any storage system will be announced at least 7 days in advance of work being performed to impacted parties.Emergency maintenance will be announced as quickly as possible to impacted parties. Every effort will be made to provide 24/7 availability of services. However, in the event of multiple system failures, services may be disrupted. In this event, every effort will be made to restore services as quickly as possible.
