Employees with a Jira Service Desk license can view, edit and resolve IT requests through Jira Service Desk - IT Agents.

To request a Jira Service Desk license, please request a license through tech.appstate.edu.
Who do I contact for problems or issues?
Report a problem through tech.appstate.edu if possible or call the Help Desk at 828-262-6266, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
