Summary
Qualtrics is an enterprise online survey software solution that empowers you to collect, analyze and act on relevant data.
Qualtrics also has an Offline Survey Module, available for iOS and Android, which allows you to administer surveys on your mobile device without an internet connection. Responses can be collected in the field on your mobile device and then uploaded back into Qualtrics as soon as you have an internet connection.

All App State Faculty, Staff, and Students
Appalachian affiliates can collaborate on surveys with a consumer Qualtrics account.
